Library Cards

Library cards are available for residents of Stark, Billings, and Slope Counties free of charge. North Dakota residents living outside of our member counties may receive a card for a $20 annual fee for a single person, $25 for a family (library cards for all members of the household.)

To obtain a library card, simply come into the main library or one of our branches.

You will need to provide a photo ID with current address in Stark, Billings, or Slope county or have proof of your curent address (ex. lease agreement, electric bill). If you live outside of our service areas, a fee card can be issued.

Children must be age 4 or older. 

*Adults may register online for a library card. The registration is temporary and patron will have to present a photo ID with proof of residence at the library to obtain their card.
