Conference Table Reservation Policy

The library has one conference/study table available for reservation.  The table is located in the Adult Nonfiction section of the library, the furthest table to the west.  It may be reserved for between 4-10 people.  Some restrictions apply.

Library programming always takes priority and we reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the space needs to be utilized for the purpose of library programming.

Patrons must schedule at least two weeks in advance, but no more than six months in advance.

All patrons must adhere to the library Code of Conduct and those that are acting inappropriately and/or disrupting regular library processes may be asked to leave the library and/or have local authorities called by library staff. 

Reservations are made on a first come first served basis.

The patron that reserved the table must sign in at the circulation desk upon arrival and departure, and provide us with ID, i.e., library card or driver’s license along with address, and phone number.

The library is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items.

Reservations have a two-hour per day time limit.
