Dickinson, ND (September 25th, 2025): Multiple people have been arrested in connection with an exchange of gunfire in the 300 block of 3rd Avenue Southwest Tuesday evening.
Around 7:00 P.M., officers responded to Carroll’s Trailer Court for a report of shots being fired. Upon arrival, it was established that an exchange of gunfire had taken place between two rival groups, with one of the groups fleeing the scene in a vehicle prior to officer arrival.
No one was injured during the exchange, but damage from the bullets was evident at the residence of one of the participants.
Detectives were called to the location and began processing the scene and interviewing witnesses. Several search warrants were granted and served during the overnight hours and into Wednesday morning.
The investigation resulted in the quick identification and arrest of several individuals for various crimes.

- XAVIER KANI BAGSBY (25), Dickinson, arrested for Hindering Law Enforcement (C Felony).
- LA CORA LOUISE JOHNSON (41), Dickinson, arrested for Hindering Law Enforcement (C Felony).
- MYA CHRISTINE RAMOS (25), Dickinson, arrested for Hindering Law Enforcement (C Felony).
- JEFFREY LEON REYNOLDS JR (36), Dickinson, arrested for Reckless Endangerment (B Felony), Aggravated Assault Using a Firearm (C Felony), Terrorizing (C Felony), and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Violent Felon (C Felony).
