The City Finance Department is directed by Linda Carlson, Deputy City Administrator for Finance and Administration. The City accounting staff consists of Finance Supervisor Robert Morey, Accountant Samantha Schwindt, Payroll Specialist Erin McMahen, and Accounting Tech Marlease Rambousek.
