Community Gathering Locations Open – Severe Weather Advisory
In response to the anticipated severe weather, designated Community Gathering Locations across Stark County will be open from 8 PM to  11 PM. This time frame is based on information gathered from radar predictions.

Please note: times may adjust based on evolving storm conditions and radar updates. Please watch for updates.
If you plan to relocate to one of these locations, do so early. Once sirens are activated or warnings are issued, it is too late to travel—you must immediately shelter in place. If you are in a vehicle at that time, take appropriate tornado safety precautions.
Important Notes:
These are gathering locations, not formal shelters.
They are intended to offer a safe space for those without adequate protection from the storm.
Supplies such as food, water, and bedding will not be provided—please bring what you need.
These locations have graciously opened their doors to help the community. The decision to allow pets is up to each individual location.
➤ 5 out of 6 locations currently allow pets (with requirements such as being leashed or kenneled).
➤ One location does not allow pets, which can be a safer option for individuals with severe or life-threatening pet allergies.
