The City of Dickinson invites qualified equipment vendors, manufacturers, and/or systems integrators to submit proposals to provide a replacement Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system including software, programming, specialized equipment, and integration support for the City’s water and wastewater utilities. Because the current SCADA system has become outdated and unreliable, the City has decided to advance the complete replacement of the existing software and necessary hardware with a packaged, turnkey SCADA system.
