The City of Dickinson is advertising a request for proposals (RFP) from Geotechnical Engineering architects to provide fixed fee professional services regarding various projects as stated on the cover page. The city anticipates the initial evaluation process for the RFP’s will be completed by the end of business day Thursday, December 7th, 2023. Interviews are anticipated to be included as part of the RFP evaluation process. There is no guarantee on a set amount of work or contract value for these services. The evaluation is intended to be used to consider the options to either renovate the existing Fire Station #1 or site and construct a new Fire Station #1. Any proposal not complying with all requirements stated in the RFP may be rejected. Funding for this project is through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 funding through the City of Dickinson. The selected architect shall include in their scope of work and cost estimate the necessary time and costs associated with supporting the City of Dickinson with these requirements. Any recommended changes to the scope of work, milestones, or deliverables are welcomed feedback in the proposals. Each building will be required to have separate reports.
